Maricelmarcantoniart.com is an online e-commerce retailer that sells art printed merchandise inspired by the Maricel Marcantoni Art Collection. For your convenience, we do accept returns for damaged merchandise. The return must be initiated within 14 days of arrival. If there is something wrong with the print or the product, send us an email to evaluate eligibility for a return. To initiate a return for a damaged product, please send an email to info@maricelmarcantoniart.com with the picture of the damage and a picture of the invoice for evaluation. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will provide an address to send back the item. Once we receive the item a full refund will be issued on your original payment method. If a return is issued for other special circumstances other than damage, you are responsible for the shipment of the product to our HQ in the US and we don’t return shipping or taxes from the initial purchase. The return must be reported within a 14 day window.
Returns for Wrong Size:
We don’t issue returns for wrong size. The measurements are clearly posted for each product and we encourage you to verify measurements before purchase. Some production partners have a different perspective of what a size measurement may be. Therefore, we encourage you double check and verify the size chart. It states the size may vary by 2-3 inches in some products. We also add notes in the post like “Please order one size larger to guarantee a true fit.” These notes are helpful in the cases of items that are not true to size. We do have partners that make products that are true to size. Those products don’t have notes. Please consult with us through email if you have any questions about returns. Unless it is damaged we do not issue returns for reasons like it is not the right size. That is why we provide the measurements.
Inventory Policy:
We have multiple shops and some items are spread out through shops depending on availability. We try to accommodate all of our customers to the best of our ability. The design you saw on social media may be located in another shop. Consult with us.
Most of these products are made outside of the US and may take 10 days to make and 2 weeks to deliver. It takes time to design, create and ship. Sometimes the delivery is faster. It depends. Please be patient and review with the shop owner if you have a time constraints. We do keep some items in stock at HQ.
